Finally the Wall is Down
Yes! Finally the wall is down. Another partition is setup to create a roving area of 10'x13'.
The birds can fly into my BH easily now. Another concern is the BH is a bit brighter than before. Will see whether need additional partition to cover the light.
"You are not fail if you don't give up". Wish me good luck in 2010.
Yen Yen, Swiftlet will come and stay after THE WALL IS DOWN. for me first i will consider the flying path, second is temp/humumity lastly is darkness.if temp/humumity and darkness is in ideal conditon and the flying path is not suite to the swiftlet, how good the temp/humumity and darkness you control also no use...are you agree what am i say. and sorry for again your idea.
Yen Yen,
ReplyDeletebrighter is better that no bird,i feel that bird still hard to fly in.if the hole at picture no 2 double size it will be better.
what do you think?
the width already 3 feet width. If make it bigger, there will be more light and also very difficult to control the temp and humidity.

Hi Tang,
ReplyDeleteReally appreciate your comment. What is the ideal entrance hole opening between roving and nesting area?
